Haven Spires - The Forum RPFounded by Hugo Celestia, the Haven school is a safe place for children with special powers or abilities to learn how to control them under teachers handpicked by Mr. Celestia himself. Located in a remote area of Scotland, the school has many tricks and surprises in store for anyone who wishes to learn.
If anything, compare it to a medieval version of the Xavier School for the Gifted.
